RBR Tournament plugin. Plugin for playing tournaments. Needs RBR patch 1.02

+ Added class results after stage and class split times
+ if you cant enter tournament due to some missing part (none suitable car, wrong textures, ...), your tournament enroll is canceled (only online)
+ shakedown mode – like quick rally, but with possibility to change surfaces and sky and all installed tracks
+ you can see rally harmonogram for few next stages – helps choosing tyres
* fixed additional physic checking after stage start
* fixed missing comments in resumable online tournaments
* fixed overrun limit dialog after service area in resumable online tournaments
